We named our Hermit Crabs today! It was a very exciting process. First, we contributed names to a giant list on our SMARTboard. Here is what we came up with:
Rocky
Wax
Froggy
Hermie
Max
Timmy
Fireball
Mario
Speedy
Tiger
Louie
Kind
Sam
Then we each picked our top three by writing it on a piece of paper like this:
Next, we folded the paper so that no one would see our vote.
Then, we held it in the air quietly so that Miss Bolt knew we were ready to turn it in.
Last, we put it in the basket to be counted.
