I am working on getting your child's art on Artsonia. I will give you more information as I receive it.
If you notice CAR (Correct And Return) at the top of your child's paper, please have him/her correct the mistake and return it to school for a star.
Reading Book Bags: I am hoping next week your child will come home with an orange book bag filled with a few
books to read over the week/end. Please send the bags back on Mondays.
Don't forget to record your child's reading on the calendar stapled in
his/her Homework Folder. (See Blue Information Folder from Back to School
Night for more information about this Reading homework)
Book Order forms are in the Friday

*By the way, some of you have asked about donating items and here are a few things we can use if you wanted to save from home or purchase while you were out: Post-It paper pads, 3x5 index cards, empty toilet paper tubes, clean foam veggie or meat trays, milk jug screw on caps and the plastic ring that is on when originally bought, fabric scraps, scrapbooking paper.
Please remember you are your child's first and most important teacher. I am excited to share the love of Jesus each day with your first grader. God's blessings on your weekend!
