Scholastic Book Order

Donuts for Dad
Wednesday, January 15th is Donuts for Dads.  A VIP to your child may join us from 7-7:45am in the church basement for a donut.  The VIP is also welcome to stay for Chapel at 8:15am!

Report Cards
Your child received his/her 2nd quarter report card in the Friday folder.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact me!

Cereal Boxes
We are still collecting cereal boxes for our 100th day!  If you have any empty ones, please send them in!

100th Day Celebration
January 24th is our 100th day party.  We need many parents to help prep and run stations!  If you can help, please let us know!  Mrs. Petit has volunteered or organize the afternoon for us.

National Lutheran Schools Week
We will have some fun dress days and celebrate being a Lutheran school along with others across the nation!  January 27-31
Monday - Class Choice Day (We will vote next week!).  Collaborative Art Project
Tuesday - Crazy Weather day -Dress for a rainstorm, snowstorm, any other crazy weather.  Jeans optional.  Online Mission Trip
Wednesday - PJ Day - Wear pjs or sweats.  Chris Cakes will be serving us a pancake breakfast!
Thursday -Olympic Day - Dress as an athlete or in gear from your favorite country.  Jeans optional.
Friday -Red/White Out Day - Wear as much red and white as you can to show school spirit.  Jennie Williamson concert at 9:30am.

Maternity Leave Sub
Miss Borcherding spent much of the week with us getting to know the kids and the classroom.  We will see her several times this coming week as she will pop in to do stuff.  If you'd like to introduce yourself, her email is: pborcherding@zionharvester.org
