Leveled Reading Books/Reading Logs
On Monday, your child will bring home a book and log that is "just right" for your child and should be able to read with minimal help. Please have your child read the book several times and hopefully your are seeing improvement each time. Work on fluency ( expression and heeding punctuation) and this will build self confidence. You can keep the books and the log in the FRONT sleeve of the Red bobcat folder. I will take them out each Friday and will put a new one in each Monday.
Service Projects/Class Parties
We will do service projects for our class parties this year. Please go to the google doc to sign up to help plan or assist in any way needed. Our awesome room parents can always use some help!
