The first graders will participate in Jumprope for Heart on February 10th at 9:05-10:05am.  The kids are doing a great job of collecting donations.   If you can help on the 10th, please email Mrs. Steinbacher at:msteinbacher@zionharvester.org  Donations should be turned in by Friday, February 10th.  Students who have raised at least $5 for the American Heart Assoc. may wear athletic clothing on February 10th.

Valentines Day Celebration
We will celebrate Valentines Day as a class and pass out valentines to each other.  Please see last weeks post with a class list.  We will also go and pass out valentines and sing for a local nursing home.  We are already practicing songs.  I am waiting to hear final details before I can send home the permission form, but it will be sent home next week!

Six Flags Reading Program
Information was sent home in the fall for this program.  I have already gotten some reading logs back.  Logs are due at the end of February.  You may turn them in as soon as they are complete, however!
