Grandparents/VIP Day
Friday, March 11th the special day.  Please let you grandparent/VIP know the schedule that was in the invitation.

The students should come to our classroom as usual, and grandparents and VIP Guests begin in the church basement. The grandparents and VIP will then be escorted to the classrooms.  We encourage the families to stay together.  First -Third grades will have activities set up in the rooms that all may enjoy. If your have more than one child, they may all go together.

Friday is a half day dismissal.  The students will be dismissed from the church, so if the child's grandparent/VIP is not taking him/her home please come into the church to pick up your child.  Please arrive at 11:15 (in case we get done early).

No Backpacks
PLEASE DO NOT SEND BACKPACKS to school on Friday.  Friday Folders will come home on Thursday. We look forward to Grandparents/VIP Day!

Help Needed on Grandparents/VIP Day

Miss Bevirt will be having a photobooth in her classroom on Grandparents' Day on March 11.  She needs three volunteers to help out with the photobooth from 8:45-10:15. Your job might include helping the grandparents take "selfies" using a computer, running to the copier to grab the pictures, or helping people find the props, and make frames.  Let us know if you can help out on this day ASAP!

Musical
The First-Third Grade Musical is APRIL 21.  Please plan on attend that evening.  If your child is not able to attend, please let Mrs. Crumrine know.

Achievement Testing
Achievement Test will take place March 14-18.  Please make every effort to have your child in school that week!
