Grandparents/VIP Day
March 11th is for Grandparents or another special adult to spend the morning with us at school.  This is a half day of school.
An invitation was in the Friday folder last week. If you need another one, please email me and I will send another one home.  In the invitation is a schedule of the mornings events.
There was also a permission form (in last week's Friday folder) so that we know who is taking your child home from school on Friday, March 11th, as it is a HALF day.

Achievement Testing

Achievement Test will take place March 14-18.  Please make every effort to have your child in school that week!

Zion Auction
Please plan to attend the Zion Lutheran Auction.  It will be held at Old Hickory Gol Club on April 15th.  It is a great night to celebrate Zion and raise money for our school.  It would be fantastic to see so many first grade parents attend.  We will be working on a class item to auction off very soon!

Miss Sherman had us discuss in a small group,
different forms of transportation.

We had to discuss what we knew
about the different forms of Transportation.

Then we presented to each other, what we discussed.
