We will lead an Advent service on WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 17th at 10 am and 7pm.   We began practicing in the church for our service today.  Please continue to practice your child's individual part focusing in on loud and slow! Remember in the morning the class should wear their uniforms and for the evening wear church clothes or uniform. Please have your child to the church basement on Wednesday night at 6:40.

Service Project
On Friday, December 19th, we are going to make blankets for local Zion shut-ins and deliver them.  We will also sing some Christmas songs to them.  Look for a permission form soon!

Thank You
Thank you so much for the wedding shower.  We played fun games, ate cookies, and drank hot chocolate.  I am so grateful for the gift and had a fun time with the children.  Thank You!

We Made Advent Chains
First, we made a list of people to pray for.

Then, we picked out paper to write the names on.

Last, we added names and put the chain together.

We talked about hanging the chain from the ceiling and tearing off one link each night and praying for that person.  At the end of the chain is the bell that reminds us that Christmas is here!

Wedding Shower
We had hot cocoa with mix-ins!

We played a game:  The kids were asked questions that they had to guess the answer to in teams.

And the VERY generous gift!

THANK YOU!
