We Are Collecting
We are collecting empty toilet paper tubes and styrofoam trays! Please send in any of those things for us!!!
Thanksgiving Church at Zion
Zion has a Thanksgiving church service on Wednesday night at 7:00pm and Thursday morning at 9:00am. We have so much to thank God for!
Advent Service
We lead the Advent Worship service WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 17th at 10 am and 7 pm. At the 10 am service your child should just wear the school uniform and for the 7 pm service your child may wear church clothes or school uniform.

*Each child has an individual speaking part. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT that your child learns their speaking part. I will send the speaking parts home next week! Please help your child to learn the part loud and slow as it is the memory work for the week of December 1st.*
Christmas Gift
The boys and girls have worked hard to make a special Christmas gift for you and it is also hard to keep it a secret! There is a letter in your child's Friday folder explaining the cost of the gift. Please return the bottom form with the payment when you can. Thank you!
Music Day on Tuesday
The boys and girls have earned some special music days, and this Tuesday is the last one. Your child can share a musical talent with the class with your permission if he/she hasn't already.
Long and Short "A"
We have been talking about how "a" can make two different sounds and we are trying to listen for those sounds. There is a story I use in your child's Friday folder about Long and Short "A". Please feel free to extend that at home when reading and practicing words!
