News and Notes:
Achievement Testing Practice
We will practice the achievement testing process in small groups. We will practice working independently and filling in circles to answer our questions so that we know what to expect during testing week. I will send home the practice test so that you can see it. It is only for practice.
Achievement Testing
We will be taking Standardized Tests the week of April 3-7. We will be taking the tests all morning, all week. Please make every effort to have your child well rested and on time so the children can do their best. These are just one way of measuring your child's thinking. The goal is to just do our best and enjoy trying something new without any pressure.
Bottle Caps and Lids Project
The 6th grade is collecting plastic bottle caps and lids to be recycled into a bench for our playground. Send the caps and lids - up to 8 inches in diameter - and fruit pouch lids count too! Let's get ready to recycle!
Baseball Day
Friday, March 31st, will be Baseball Day. Students will be able to wear a Cardinals (or any other baseball team) shirt and jeans.
