Thank You
Thank you to our chaperones who helped with our trip to the Botanical Gardens on Monday! We are so grateful for your help.
Thank you also to those who came to help on our Apple Day. Your help is so appreciated! It was a busy, short week!

Botanical Gardens
We took a class about seeds!
We heard a book about a seed.
We went to seed stations.
We planted seeds!
We hunted for seeds out in the garden!
We took lots of pictures!
Our moms and dads sure do love us!
After lunch, we took our own tour of the gardens
in our small groups!
We even fed the fish and ducks!
We saw so many things!
We wrote about our favorite parts when we got back!
Apple Adventure Day
We made applesauce.
We tasted different apples, came up with words to describe them and wrote them down and put them on the tree.
We hunted for apple words and
wrote them down!
We measured how many apples tall we are...
Measured and weighed our apples...
Added them to our apple tree in the hall...
...and we ATE our apples!
We made an apple and labeled the parts.
We watched a movie about Johnny Appleseed
and ate our yummy applesauce!
Then we went and congratulated our boys cross country team
for getting first place in the state!
It was a very short, but very fun filled week!
