Magic House
Monday, April 28, the Magic House will be coming to us and doing a hands on presentation titled, "Saving the Great Outdoors". This will enhance our Social Studies unit on taking care of the Earth God gave us.Thank you to the parents who volunteered to help.
The parents are: Mrs. Owens, Mrs. Horn, Mrs. McCann. Please arrive in the church basement at 12:00. Thank you for helping to make this possible.
Spring Musical Grades 1-3
Week of the Young Child

| We have been working hard on our musical. The musical is on FRIDAY, MAY 2 at 6:30 Please plan on attending! Children need to be in the church basement at 6:00. |
Dress Rehearsal will be Wednesday April 30. We will be doing the musical for chapel. Please have your child wear their bright colored shirt and jeans to school that day.
You are welcome to attend. This would be a good time to video from the balcony if you choose.

Students in PDO-2nd grade will celebrate Week of the Young Child on May 5th-9th. During this week, we celebrate the blessing of young children, especially all of the young children here at Zion! As part of the celebration, there will be optional dress-up days this week. These days are listed below:
Library Almost Over
Our library times are coming to a close. Next week April 30 will be the last day to check out books. On the following Wednesday, May 7 all books must be returned. Thank you for making sure your child has their library books returned.
Monday: Sports Shirt Day-wear a sports shirt of their favorite team
Tuesday: Favorite Color Day
Wednesday: Spirit Day-Wear red or white or Zion wear
Thursday: Stripes Day
Friday: Mismatched Day
