Parent Conferences
There is no school on Thursday due to parent conferences.  If you have not contacted me to change your conference time, I am assuming that we are meeting at the time I sent out to you last week.  Looking forward to meeting with each of you!  I am really enjoying the first graders this year.

Fall Break
Friday there is no school!  Enjoy your Fall break!

Johnny Appleseed Day
Tuesday is the day we celebrate Johnny Appleseed.  We will do many enriching, fun activities throughout the day.  I have 2 volunteers lined up:  Mahoney and Buehrle.  If anyone else is able to help out that day, let me know!  I would need you from 9-11.

Thanking Local Agencies
If you signed up to donate children's books/gift cards to our local Firefighters Auction basket, please send those in. Our upcoming trip is on Wednesday.  Please remember to send in a booster seat with your first grader. We have all of the drivers lined up!  Thank you for volunteering!  We are looking forward to a great experience!

We Sing
On OCTOBER 25 at 10:30 in church, the first graders will sing!  Please plan on having your child there.  They always sing so beautifully!  Children will need to be in the upper choir room at 10:15.
